October 7, SAP rewarded winners of the SAP Value Award in the CIS area. In the competition participated 42 companies that showed the best performance of using SAP solutions in the region. AtlantConsult project won third place in the category New Horizons. The case considered the embedding of the cloud-based CRM for more than 200 dealers in 3 different countries.
Sergey Prokopov, the head of SAP Customer Experience department in AtlantConsult outlined the specificity of the project:
“The case is unconventional for the CIS market because of the business strategy it is based on. Our client Alutech group decided to generate leads for their clients. They started by promoting its goods in B2C channels. Then they reorganized all the sales processes and provided implementation of an advanced cloud-based CRM. Thus, Alutech set new rules of the game for its dealership network to increase sales.
AtlantConsult was required to accomplish a difficult task. We needed to create a user-friendly system for disparate dealers. At the end, the solution would need to make them loyal to the Alutech group.

In 2021, SAP Value Award was carried out for the 6th time. The jury included representatives of the private and public sectors of Russia.
