MTBank – build better customer relationships with SAP CRM
Previously, MTBank didn’t use a unified system to process clients’ data. The company decided to implement such platform to improve service and increase customer loyalty. For this purpose, SAP CRM solution was chosen. As a result, it impacted the executives’ decision-making concerning customer relationships and speeded up the client service.
40 companies from different industries in the CIS region compete for the SAP Value Award. There are presented 8 categories such as digital transformation in human resource management, procurement, finance, etc. The jury will announce the winners on October 7, 2021.
